SATISFACTION.
Those who already own BodyRocks designs know that they will receive high quality jewelry handcrafted with care and pride by the designer. We want those who are not yet familiar with BodyRocks designs to feel absolute confidence with your online order. If your order is not what you expected, you may return it within five (5) days for a full refund (except shipping) providing the item has not been worn and is received in new condition.(See RETURNS below).
RETURNS.
You may return any item that is defective within 30 days for repair, replacement or credit. BodyRocks will, at its discretion, repair or replace items broken because of a defect, providing that necessary part or item is in stock. If repair or replacement is not feasible due to unavailability, BodyRocks will issue a credit towards any another item. You must obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number prior to returning your item, and provide a copy of your purchase receipt.
REPAIRS.
Accidents happen! We will try to repair broken pieces if it is feasible. Please contact us by email to describe the item and repair needed. A photograph or scan of the broken piece will be helpful. Do not return items for repair without prior authorization.
LIMITED QUANTITY.
All BodyRocks designs are made in limited quanties. All Vintage Cameo pieces are either one or two pieces total. Other designs are limited to one or several pieces. We recommended that you order promptly if you see a piece you wish to purchase. Upon request, we will hold items for purchase for up to 10 days. We try to promptly update our site to remove items no longer available, and to add new items. However, that an item is displayed for sale on this site, is not a representation that the item is still available. |
